Travel | Startrails in Nova Scotia - Landscape Shoot

Copyright 2010 Tim Forbes/Forbes Photographer

A few years ago, I went to Nova Scotia for a holiday. I loved it there - the people are so friendly and the scenery is so beautiful. The photographer in me went crazy :)

This photo was taken at stupid-in-the-morning with a 30-minute exposure. The glow on the horizon is the lights of Halifax, a couple of hours away.

Thanks

Hey Mihkel ... I think it was a lowly 30D that did this.

Great capture

Well done Tim, what camera body was this? It is really neat how the bottom star/planet reflects in the water very well. Amazing still waters.
